Once again, my precious Bizarro Jazz Pickles, I come to you with tidings of possible gladness and joy. That is to say, if you follow my advice, you’ll be damned glad and hella-joyful.
The prince of awesome himself, Mr. Will Franken, is performing in the San Francisco sector twice this month. You must see them both, because if I know Will, they’ll be entirely different shows.
Go here, witness the birth of comedy, bring some frankincense or myrrh, tell your friends: Big Damn Fun!

Mr. Piraro, I would like to comment on today’s comic…Dec. 16, 2011… I loved it. I had a Lhasa Apso and I kept her hair in a top knot too. You must own or know an Apso.
Keep up the good work.
Happy Holidays

Sad news today – Eduardo Barreto, one of the finest artists working in newspaper comics, has died.
Sorry, felt I had to share that, but realized that nobody I know would care, except for the folks over at the Comics Curmudgeon, who are of course mourning. Even though his style was very different from yours, Dan, I’m sure you were aware of his work. Sigh. Man, a lot of people are dying just lately…. drift away.
A great artist, indeed. I wish I had had the opportunity to meet him.
