Bizarro is brought to you today by Fashion.
This cartoon was scheduled to be posted over the weekend while I was out of town but it didn’t happen for some voodoo computer reason. So here it is, several days late.
I like this cartoon but my one regret is that I didn’t include a fanny pack on the guy with a sledge hammer. (That’s what we call those things here in the U.S., but I believe in Britain the word “fanny” has a less socially acceptable meaning. Perhaps they call them “bum packs”?)

Close – “bum bags” is the normal name.
They call them “bum bags” as depicted here in my favorite scene from the British version of The Office.

Bum bags is the usual expression.
They are indeed called BumBags over here in UK.
Fannies, meanwhile, are lots of fun but their owners generally keep them private and out of public view.
Cheers
Nick

Y’know, I think I’d put good money on one of those “Hell” baseball caps.
Bum bag, I believe.
Dan, we’ve had this discussion before; fanny packs worn in the front by men are known as “peenie packs,” “pickle packs” or “man sacks” (not to be confused with those other man bags of the dangly variety).
You’re right about ‘fanny’, and close on the British equivalent of ‘fanny pack’. It’s actually ‘bum bag’.
For the record, all the other comments saying the same thing had failed to load when I posted this. I’m not in the habit of making repetitive posts.
Is the devil wearing “budgie smugglers” by any chance?
I don’t know what that means, but yes, I think he is.
